1. About the service

These terms apply to PetMotion at petmotionai.com, operated by the PetMotion team. We provide pet profiles, AI video generation, previews and paid unlocks. Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy before signing in or using the service.

You must have the capacity to enter into this agreement. Minors should obtain permission from a parent or guardian. Keep your sign-in account secure and take responsibility for activity under it.

2. Uploads and acceptable use

Only upload photos and content you own or are authorized to use, with any necessary permission from people pictured. Do not upload unlawful content or others' sensitive information, or use the service for deception, infringement, harassment or other harmful purposes.

You retain your rights in uploaded content. You authorize us and necessary service providers to process, store and transmit it to create profiles, generate videos and deliver your creations. This does not transfer ownership of your uploads to us.

3. AI-generated results

Videos are AI-generated and may contain identity changes, unnatural motion or generation failures. Examples illustrate possibilities and do not guarantee identical results. Review the preview before unlocking and avoid presenting AI-generated content as authentic footage.

You may use downloaded creations subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Unlocking does not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection or suitability for every commercial purpose. Obtain any necessary permissions for people, brands or other third-party content.

4. Pricing, subscriptions and support

Prices, currency, taxes and benefits shown at checkout apply. With available plan credits, unlocking uses the stated number of credits; one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and future renewals can be cancelled in subscription management. Credits reset as described and do not roll over.

Cancelling renewal does not automatically reverse completed purchases. For duplicate charges, failed unlocks or inaccessible downloads, contact support with your account email and order ID so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Your refund and other consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

5. Saved creations and service changes

Creations and download access are associated with your account. Removing a pet profile does not automatically delete existing creations or all underlying photos. Contact PetMotion to request content or account deletion. Download important unlocked creations for your own records.

We may suspend or change parts of the service for maintenance, security or product updates, and will make reasonable efforts to address affected purchased benefits. AI output and network services are not guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Contact and updates

Contact petmotion@aivip.fans for questions, complaints, refund requests or deletion requests. Updates will be dated on this page; material changes to pricing, existing benefits or data handling will be communicated appropriately.
