Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

Google sign-in provides your name and email to create your account. We store pet names and types, uploaded photos, motion instructions, generation tasks and videos, and order, subscription and unlock records. We also process necessary access logs, device and browser information, IP-related information and usage events for operation, security, rate limits and analytics.

Cookies and browser storage support sign-in and language preferences. Task details may be stored in browser session storage to restore them after a refresh. When Google Analytics is configured, visits and usage events may also use its cookies and identifiers.

2. Purposes and service providers

We use this information to authenticate accounts, save pet profiles, generate and deliver videos, manage benefits, provide support, maintain security and understand product use. Photos and motion instructions are sent to Volcengine / Doubao Seedance for AI generation.

We use Vercel for hosting and file storage, Neon for the database, Stripe for payments, and Google for sign-in and analytics. Providers process data they receive under their own terms and policies. Stripe handles payment information; PetMotion keeps order and benefit records and does not directly store full card numbers or security codes.

We do not sell your pet photos or videos. Without separate permission, we do not use private creations for public showcases or marketing. Necessary service processing, lawful disclosure and security processing may still occur.

3. Storage and retention

File storage and the database are currently located in Singapore. Sign-in, payment, analytics and AI providers may process data in other countries or regions, so using the service can involve cross-border processing.

Photos and successfully generated videos are saved to your account. There is currently no fixed-day automatic deletion of all free previews. Removing a pet profile mainly hides it from the profile list and does not immediately delete all underlying files. Signing out, stopping use or cancelling a subscription does not automatically erase all data.

We retain information as needed to provide the service, handle your requests and maintain necessary transaction records. Contact support to request access, correction, export or deletion of your account and content. We will verify account ownership, handle the request and explain records that must remain for legal requirements or transaction disputes.

4. Security and your choices

Pet photos and videos are stored privately, with access controlled through sign-in and ownership checks. HD downloads also require the corresponding unlock benefit. No network service can promise absolute security; avoid uploading identity documents, medical records or other sensitive material unrelated to pet videos.

You can sign out, manage subscriptions, clear cookies and browser storage, or restrict these technologies through browser settings; doing so may affect sign-in and saved preferences. Third-party retention and use are governed by their policies and applicable requirements and are not entirely controlled by PetMotion.

5. Contact and policy updates

The service is primarily intended for adult pet owners and is not specifically directed at children. Contact the PetMotion team at petmotion@aivip.fans for privacy, account or data requests. Updates will be dated here, and material changes to data use or sharing will be communicated appropriately.
